Earnest LLC is a student loan product, in the highly regulated Fintech industry requiring thorough collaboration with the legal team as part of of the product development process.
As part of a year long comprehensive design of a new rate check feature for student loan origination, I developed and facilitated a cross-functional co-creation workshop for Earnest LLC, one of many co-design workshops I ran in my tenure with the corporation.
How might we allow customers to make informed decisions about their student loan?
By giving customers the opportunity to get rates earlier in the process with a soft credit check we allow them to have the flexibility to try multiple loan types or cosigners before applying for the best loan for their circumstances.
