Speed: Rapid Redesign During Shelter in Place
Working in a think tank designing for Giant Eagle, I turned the Arrival Detection project around in 2 weeks to allow for efficient and prompt grocery pickup after the rise of COVID 19, to reduce the wait time for curbside pickup customers from an average of about 6 minutes and 44 seconds to an average of 1 minute and 50 seconds in just the first week post launch.

By giving customers the opportunity to get rates earlier in the process with a soft credit check we allow them to have the flexibility to try multiple loan types or cosigners before applying for the best loan for their circumstances.
